changing conditions

I have been reading many reports about this storm, Quinn. Seems that most meteorologists feel that we may get more snow than they first predicted. Weather.com has changed their amounts to be 8-12 inches over night

CBS Boston posted that "This will be a significant blow to all of southern New England" They posted that conditions will deteriorate very rapidly this afternoon. The height of the storm should be between 3 pm and midnight.

The wind will be a concern during this storm as well as the snow. we could be getting wind gusts of up to 50mph in our area. with the heavy wet snow and the winds everyone should be prepared for power outages (again)

Channel 7 has changed their snow total map. Yesterday we were in the c-3 inch range and today we are 3-6 inches but very close to the 6-10 inch area. I will continue to search all the websites and will post any updated maps when I find them. Be sure to check back and I will also be posting on twitter @mrsmarytaylor
