Now the snow is coming closer

Don't you love how the weather forecast always changes? The snow storm for Wednesday morning is coming a little closer to us than first expected. We will now see a little bit of the white stuff, but don't get too excited, there will not be enough to cancel school.

Wednesday is a miss

Looks like the storm headed this way for Tuesday night into Wednesday morning is going to be too far south to bring any snow. The cape has a chance of seeing 1-3 inches but none for us. Guess we will have to wait and see what the Sunday storm does. Sunday the temperatures may get too warm for snow and that would mean some rain for this area. I will keep you posted.

cold but quiet week

Looks like we will be storm free this week. The next chance for snow is next weekend. the news that there is no snow coming this week is a little depressing to me and then to know the temperatures will be low is even more depressing

If you are going out tonight just be aware we are going to be getting a little snow tonight. Not much, an inch or two, but enough to make roads slippery.
Today we will have tolerable temperatures, but then the bitter cold returns for the start of the week. Cold weather is only good for one thing, snow. We have two chances for snow this week if the ocean storms come a little closer. I'll keep you posted.

Could be a white week

There is a little white stuff in the forecast for tomorrow. Only an inch or 2 for this area but that will cover up the dirty snow on the ground and make it look pretty again. Then there is a possibility of a bigger storm heading our way on Wednesday and another storm the following weekend. Busy week for me as I keep on top of the possible storm Wednesday. I'll keep you posted.

The Beginning

Anyone who knows me is aware that I love the weather, especially when there is a storm in sight. I don't know of too many people that get more excited about snow in the forecast than me. I have been driving some people crazy with all my weather posts on twitter and facebook so I decided to start a blog where I will write about nothing but the weather
