The reasonable amount to expect is 6+ inches but there is a 40% chance we could get a direct hit which would mean a foot or more and there is a 25% chance this could go out to sea and we would get less than 6 inches.
This storm is still out over the Pacific and needs to travel across the United States and dip south then travel up the eastern coast. Because the storm isn't even close a lot can change between now and Saturday. Stay tuned.
